1. Donations and Refunds

• Donations made to Saare Foundation are non-refundable, as they are used to support various charitable initiatives.
• However, if a donation is made in error or there is an issue with the transaction, a refund request can be made within 7 days of the donation date.

2. Refund Request Process

• Donors must submit a written request for a refund via email at saarefoundation@gmail.com with the following details:
  • Full name
  • Transaction ID
  • Date of donation
  • Reason for refund request
• Refund requests will be reviewed, and if found valid, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Double Payment or Unauthorized Transactions

• If a donor has made a duplicate payment by mistake, they can contact us for a refund.
• In case of unauthorized transactions, donors should immediately notify their bank and report the issue to us for verification.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Since donations are voluntary, cancellation is generally not applicable.
• If a recurring donation is set up, donors can cancel future payments by contacting us at saarefoundation@gmail.com before the next scheduled transaction.

5. Changes to this Policy

• Saare Foundation reserves the right to amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy as necessary. Any changes will be updated on our website.
